NC Spin for May 22, 2020

5/22/2020 | 26m 46sVideo has Closed Captions

North Carolina moves into a "modest" Phase Two of our state's opening.

We begin by discussing what Governor Cooper described as a modest Phase Two reopening our state. Next we talk about the crisis at DOT and wonder what it’s going to take to fix it. If there’s time we want to look into what the legislature is doing especially with a projected budget shortfall of billions. This week's panelists are Becki Gray, Chris Fitzsimon, Rob Schofield and John Hood.
