From the Old Slave Mart Museum in Charleston, South Carolina, to Little Rock Central High School in Arkansas, the history of the civil rights movement spans decades all across the South. A new book details dozens of historic sites, churches and businesses along what is known as the U.S. Civil Rights Trail. Journalist and author Deborah Douglas discusses her newly released book.
