COVID-19 running rampant in small but dense town of Dover

Clip: 12/07/2020 | 3m 10s | Video has closed captioning.

Dover is only 2.2-square miles but ranks second in Morris County for positive COVID-19 cases, coming in just behind the much larger township of Parsippany. The mostly Latino community faces greater health risks from the virus, so the police department has taken to the streets, educating community members and handing out face masks to anyone who needs one.
