New Deal Brings Clean Water to Nelson County, Distilleries

Louisville Water has joined the North Nelson Water District and the city of Bardstown.

Bardstown and the surrounding Nelson Co. area are greatly expanding their water supply thanks to a new partnership. Louisville Water has joined North Nelson Water District and the city of Bardstown to build new water mains along the I-65 corridor and Highway 245. It means an additional 15 million gallons of clean water per day for Nelson Co. residents and the distilleries that call the area home.
