New Terminal A at Newark airport ready for takeoff

A ceremonial ribbon-cutting on Tuesday officially opened the new Terminal A at Newark Liberty International Airport — 1 million square feet of soaring space, outfitted with high-tech security, four lounges and 33 gates. The new terminal will open to the public for air travel on Dec. 8.
