Will the NYS Legislature return for a special session before the end of the year? Though the legislative calendar ended in June, lawmakers have been talking about the desire for their first pay raise since 1999. If this were to happen, there would need to be some negotiations with Gov. Cuomo who has said that in turn he would like to see stronger ethics laws for the 213 members.
