Lawmakers in Indiana are gathering at the Statehouse beginning Monday for a special session with several issues on the agenda. Carmel-based development company CRG Residential will take over the downtown redevelopment at 5th and Main from Domo Development. The Vanderburgh County fair getting underway this week.
