News Wrap: Trump pardons conservative author for illegal campaign contributions

In our news wrap Thursday, President Trump pardoned conservative author and President Obama critic Dinesh D'Souza, who had made illegal campaign contributions and was sentenced to five years of federal probation in 2014. Also, the president traveled to Texas and met with the families of those killed in the Santa Fe shooting.
