News Wrap: Kim Jong Un arrives in Russia to discuss major arms deal with Putin

In our news wrap Tuesday, North Korea's Kim Jong Un and Russian President Putin are set to meet to discuss a major arms deal, Iran identified five prisoners in the U.S. that it wants freed for five Iranian-Americans held in Tehran and advisers to the FDA say the leading ingredient in many over-the-counter cold medicines is essentially useless.
