Corrine Brown, D-Fla., and her chief of staff, were indicted on fraud charges, accused of lining their pockets with money from a fake charity that was supposed to give scholarships to poor kids. Also, a series of deadly terror attacks in Baghdad, including a car bombing that killed at least 186 people Sunday, leads to a major security shakeup.
