News Wrap: Syrian opposition forces demand Assad be excluded from new government
In our news wrap Tuesday, efforts to begin Syrian peace talks were obstructed by conditions laid down by the Western-backed Syrian National Coalition, including that President Bashar al-Assad must be excluded from any new government. Also, the Southeast Asian nation of Brunei announced it will soon enforce the Sharia penal code.
