News wrap: Trump and Putin won’t hold summit in Paris

In our news wrap Wednesday, President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin will not hold a summit when they meet this weekend in Paris. Trump said, instead, they will try to hold talks at the G-20 gathering in Argentina. Also, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo's planned meeting with a top North Korean envoy has been postponed.
