We have the winners. Primary election voters winnowed a packed field of candidates running for the state's highest office. Former ambassador and Goldman Sachs exec Phil Murphy outspent and outperformed his rivals to win the Democratic nomination. On the Republican side, the state's first Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno beat back a challenge from state assemblyman and business owner Jack Ciattarelli.
