Assembly leaders announce new review of NJ ballot design

Special committee will have six Democratic members and six Republicans
Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin (D-Middlesex) and Assembly Minority Leader John DiMaio (R-Morris) Friday announced the formation of a bipartisan committee to examine New Jersey’s ballot design. The Assembly Select Committee on Ballot Design will gather testimony, hear from the public, and study legislative changes that could bring New Jersey’s ballots into compliance with a court order.
