Republican Assemblyman Hal Wirths tore into Motor Vehicle Commission Chief Administrator Sue Fulton, accusing her of inept management as lawmakers debated the agency’s budget. Wirths and others on the Assembly Budget Committee complained that, despite reforms, some MVC customers wait up to two months to get a new license.
