Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine has arrived at several hospitals in New Jersey just nine months after the state saw its first COVID-19 positive case on March 4. Vaccinations will begin Tuesday. It’s the first offensive weapon against a virus now raging in the state with numbers surpassing what we saw in the spring.
