Wednesday, the state reported another day with more than 4,000 new positive test results with 4,063 new cases for a total of 289,562. New Jersey reported 27 more confirmed fatalities putting the total confirmed and probable deaths at 16,655. As of Tuesday night, 2,446 patients were admitted for COVID-19 in New Jersey, with 461 in the ICU and 233 on ventilators.
