So many states have soaring COVID-19 infections that Gov. Phil Murphy scrapped his travel advisory. He now says if you’re traveling to New Jersey from outside the New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Delaware region to quarantine for 14 days when you get here. That’s the CDC recommended time.
