Up to five inches of rain pour in New Jersey

Residents still suffering from the aftermath of Tropical Storm Ida got slammed again today. The Nor’Easter that rolled in last night stayed and has been dumping rain on New Jersey all day long, with parts of the state taking up to five inches of water.
