Troubling results from the state Thursday as it prepares for a potential second wave of COVID-19. The number of daily positive cases topped 1,000 for the first time in months.The state reported 1,301 new positive cases for a total of 211,148. Ocean County continues to surge. The state also reported 11 new deaths for a total of 16,161 lives lost.
