A devastated Carleen DiGennaro, lost her job and faces losing her apartment; she’s now in a state rental assistance lottery. DiGennaro is one of thousands of New Jersey tenants hit hard by the pandemic and fighting eviction since the pandemic-related eviction moratorium expired in January.
