NJ will reopen a COVID vaccination mega-site in South Jersey this week as it rolls out boosters of Pfizer's COVID vaccine. Counties like Bergen and Essex ramped up their vaccination centers but unlike the crowds that waited hours for their first COVID shots this winter, folks didn't line up in droves for a third dose even after the CDC offered guidelines last Friday.
