Three days after Tropical Storm Isaias slammed New Jersey, more than 300,000 families still have no power. Tens of thousands of those families may not see their power back on until next Tuesday, though the Board of Public Utilities estimates 85% of families would have their power back by the end of Friday. PSE&G representatives call Isaias the fifth most severe storm in state history.
