The United States is surpassing 75,000 new coronavirus cases in a single day. In New Jersey state officials reported another 202 new positive test results Friday for a cumulative total of 176,551. That’s with 20 new fatalities and 15,684 probable and confirmed deaths. Numbers remained steady this week, but the rate of transmission is back up to 1.11.
