New Jersey is roughly one month into reopening, but Gov. Phil Murphy says the state needs more data to help get a better sense of where COVID-19 still exists and continue in the recovery. Wednesday the administration asked more residents to go out and get tested, announcing the state exceeded the goal of testing more than 20,000 people per day.
