Christie's proposed budget would have taxpayers spending an extra billion dollars on public roads, schools and employee pensions. It's citizens' turn to sound off. Small business owners sound off on a bill that would raise the minimum wage they pay employees to $15 an hour, saying they can't make enough to pay more. And lead in the drinking water.
