Dee Hall from the Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism gives us a preview of her reporting on the effectiveness of work and training programs required for Wisconsin’s FoodShare recipients. Pending approval from the federal government, the minimum requirement will increase to 30 hours per week and will include parents of children over the age of six.
