Families are being separated at the U.S.-Mexico border, but Mario Garcia Sierra, of Voces de la Frontera, says that the separation of families has been happening in Wisconsin as pressure from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has increased. One measure Voces de la Frontera proposes is allowing immigrants that cannot prove their legal status to still be able to obtain a driver's license.
