The NC Senate approved its 21.47 billion dollar budget bill this week. The state House focused on gun legislation that lead to emotional and sometimes "heated" House floor debate. Sen. Rick Gunn (R-Alamance County) explains why NC should have state investments in companies linked to Iran's energy sector. Kelly McCullen hosts.
