KVCR was on the scene on Monday, April 10, 2017 as a tragic even unfolded at North Park Elementary in San Bernardino. Police received reports of a shooting at a school shortly before 10:30 AM and police responded within minutes. Cedric Anderson, 53 of Riverside fatally shot his estranged wife Karen Elaine Smith, 53, also from Riverside. Two students who were behind Smith were struck by gunfire.
