Northwest Now takes a closer look at the controversy of coal trains, and the two proposed terminals that would be used to export coal and oil. Are these trains good for jobs and the local economy? Or are they an environmental disaster waiting to happen? We'll also go along on a boat patrol with an environmental watchdog group that combs Puget Sound looking for signs of coal pollution.
