#### The Kentucky Youth Advocates' new "Kentucky Kids Count" data book says minority children face higher rates of poverty than non-minority children.
That's a major factor in reduced levels of well-being among African-American and Hispanic children.
The report says overall, 21 percent of Kentucky children live in poverty.
#### Lieutenant Governor Jacqueline Coleman and her husband received their COVID booster shots today, along with the governor's senior advisor, Rocky Adkins, and State Senator David Givens.
They were among 200 people getting the boosters, during a clinic at the state capitol.
More than 350-thousand Kentuckians have now received booster shots.
#### Kentucky's General Fund receipts went up 10 and a half percent - 99 million dollars -- from October of 2020 to October 2021.
