Plastic pollution in Lake Champlain, reducing salt on highways and new affordable housing.
Researchers from both sides of the Canada-U.S. border are teaming up to stop microplastic pollution in Lake Champlain and the Missisquoi Bay, three North Country lawmakers are looking reduce the use of salt on highways and the water pollution it causes, and a new housing project for families and victims of domestic violence breaks ground on the former Plattsburgh Air Force Base.
