The Assembly takes up a bill that would restore voting rights to convicted criminals out on parole or probation. The full state Assembly moves a big step closer in banning the "gay panic" defense. Electric buses run clean and green, but NJ Transit doesn’t want to plug into that trend too quickly. A new survey shows nearly half of New Jersey residents plan to leave NJ in the future.
