Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee released a controversial memo alleging misconduct by the FBI and the Justice Department in the investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election. In response, Democrats want to push for a vote on Monday to release their rebuttal, also in the form of a memo. We talk to Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Pleasanton) about these developments.
