Discussion about the city of Bowling Green's power supplier contract. (part 1 of 2)

In 2007 the city of Bowling Green contracted with Amp-Ohio, a wholesale power supplier with involvement in a coal generation plant in Illinois known as Prairie State - with the goal of providing long term electric price stability in a volatile energy market.
