This Week at Lincoln Center: “Up & Down the Mississippi: Traveling Highway 61”
Bill Frisell, considered one of the great storytellers of jazz guitar, has been curating Jazz at Lincoln Center’s “Roots of Americana” series for the past two years. In the grand series finale -- which will take place on May 29th and 30th in The Appel Room -- Frisell and his guests will embark on a musical journey along Highway 61, the famous route immortalized by Bob Dylan.
