This Week at Lincoln Center: “Elektra” at The Metropolitan Opera.

Through May 7th, Esa-Pekka Salonen will conduct the late director Patrice Chéreau’s acclaimed staging of “Elektra” on the stage of The Met Opera. The production stars: Nina Stemme in the title role and Waltraud Meier as Elektra’s fearsome mother Klytämnestra, also Adrianne Pieczonka as Electra's gentle sister Chrysothemis and Eric Owens as her long-lost brother Orest.
