Free concerts of the Middle School Jazz Academy on April 23 and April 30.
Since 2006, Jazz at Lincoln Center has offered free jazz education to student musicians in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx through Middle School Jazz Academy. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of this program and the young talent of New York City, the organization will feature the Middle School Jazz Academy bands at free concerts throughout the city on April 23 and April 30.
