#### Kentucky's general fund was up 35 percent in September of 2021 - compared to September of 20-20 -- thanks in part to a settlement with the owners of PokerStars, who settled a lawsuit with Kentucky for 225 million dollars.
Without it, the general fund would have been up 14 percent.
The road fund is up five percent from last year to this year.
#### The dates are set for 20-22's General Assembly.
The 60-day session will begin January 4th.
The last day is April 14th.
Dates have not been announced for the governor's state of the commonwealth address or budget address.
#### Kentucky's COVID cases were below one thousand today, at 722.
There are 23 more deaths.
The positivity rate is eight-point-26 percent.
