#### Kentucky's COVID positivity rate is less than eight percent today.
That hasn't happened since July 26th.
Kentucky has 52 more deaths and 23-hundred new cases.
#### Governor Beshear says Kentuckians should visit the kynect health care portal starting tomorrow.
He wants people to review and compare plans, and decide what kind of coverage plans will work for them.
Kentuckians can use the portal to enroll for coverage starting November first.
#### WFPL radio in Louisville reports the city's Metro Council, and Mayor Greg Fischer, back a federal study into the impact of slavery AND possible reparations for black descendants of slavery.
The mayor signed a resolution yesterday, urging Congress to create a commission to study both.
