After 17 years of bankruptcies and blown deadlines, the megamall that started as Xanadu will finally open this week as American Dream. In an almost unanimous decision, the state Board of Education votes to advance a proposal that would reduce high school testing requirements. Congressman Frank Pallone unveils a new plan in light of an increase of vaping-related deaths and injuries.
