A new state law closes the gap on paid leave from work. Congressman Frank Pallone was at an elementary school talking about a new law that's aimed to keep New Jersey's drinking water clean. Plus, a public health and Port Authority partnership to tackle pollutants from Port Newark. And, a pipe bomb had Sen. Cory Booker's name on it. Now law enforcement has the package and a suspect in custody.
