#### Kentucky's COVID positivity rate is down again.
It's now nine-point-three percent.
Kentucky had more than 37-hundred new cases over the weekend.
Today's death toll is 26.
Hospitalizations continue to decline, but Governor Beshear says the numbers are still too high.
#### The governor says he will ask the General Assembly to OK bonuses for essential workers who've been on the job throughout the pandemic.
It would cost 400 million dollars in money from the federal government.
#### The Wall Street Journal says Berea College is among the 150 best colleges in America.
The newspaper also said Berea College is the number three "Best Value College."
Berea College was the highest-ranked Kentucky school on the list.
