#### Kentucky's COVID positivity rate has declined again - to nine-point-13 percent.
Kentucky has less than 26-hundred cases, and 15 new deaths.
#### Yesterday, Governor Beshear said the state should pay essential workers a bonus, adding up to 400 million dollars.
According to WDRB in Louisville, State Senator Damon Thayer says Republicans already have a "hero bonus" in the works that should be used as a starting point.
