#### Franklin Circuit Court Judge Phillip Shepherd today ruled a school choice bill is unconstitutional.
The General Assembly passed House Bill 563 in March; it includes "educational opportunity accounts" critics say would mean state money for private schools.
According to the Lexington Herald-Leader, school choice advocates are planning to appeal Judge Shepherd's decision.
