Acoustic Oklahoma

Clip | 18m 33s

Music is hitting a high note in Oklahoma thanks to the work of one man and a chair.

Two years ago, Casey Friedman founded Acoustic Oklahoma. With a white room, empty except for a single Singer Sewing chair, Friedman planned to capture musicians in their simplest form on video. He posted those videos online and soon, had a line of his own…right out the door. Musicians from all over the state and beyond wanted to sit in the single Singer chair, strum and sing a few tunes.
