Some changes are in store for the nearly one thousand children in foster care in central Florida. In June, Governor Rick Scott came to Orlando for the official signing of a law extending foster care support to age 21. Now, a new option will soon be available to foster kids in Orlando that will provide something they all need a sense of hope. This segment is a part of WUCF TV's "ONE."
