- I think there is a a facade of change that every time something like this happens it kind of unveils a lot and it's hard to change systems.

I think for me, it's speech therapy, it's really made me think more about systems that I work in.

So hospitals, schools, and, you know, racial inequity is kind of embedded in all of that.

So thinking a lot about how police brutality has a lot to do with communication, especially for the populations I work with, like a lot of autism and, yeah, just trying to think more about how I can change things systemically because luckily I am in a place to do that.
