It's the 16th street bridge.
It has the city, it has the rivers, and it has an important architectural bridge in it.
And the bridge being between the viewer and the city is a little different view than most people think of when they think of Pittsburgh.
My paintings are not necessarily touristy.
They're selected to give an idea of what I feel is the spirit of the city.
And that is to me is this is an old industrial communit that somehow has found its way back to the beginning of a very vital future.
It wouldn't be in before Christmas.
I love that we have done this.
It has really expanded our interest.
It has expanded our knowledge of people.
We have gotten to kno so many people, the book stores, the gift shops, and that's been fun.
I've never tried to put any, any meaning or hidden ideas in my painting is jus I really want to be consistent in trying to get a sense of what the city is like.
From my point of view.
When I see the paintings later on I think that I really do that.
I don't have a formula, and yet I do have a method.
I wonder how it happened.
Then once you put it in the frame, it always looks better.

Pittsburgh is covered now in black and gold, but we wondered how much today's fan really know about the Steelers.
For instance, who caught Terry Bradshaw's longest touchdown pass and what was the original name of the team?
Well, On Qs Dave and Dav put down their terrible towels and put Pittsburghers to the test.
Dave, here we go.
Steelers is all I'm hearing.
It's the talk of the town.
It certainly is, Dave.
You watch all the games, you know all the players.
But how much do you really know about your favorite football team?
Today we're here at Monroeville Mall.
We're going to talk to some people, find out what they know about the Pittsburgh Steelers and maybe do a little shopping.
Ooh.
First question.
Which side of the helmet is the Steelers logo on?
The left side.
The right side.
Left.

On the left side.
You seem very sure.
On the left side.

Well, it's game played by Steeler.
